Mark Drury Taylor

Executive Creative Director, Founding Partner

Mark has spent his career at the intersection of advertising and filmmaking, developing content that works across platforms and audiences.

His directing and creative direction credits span major brand campaigns and entertainment projects — including co-writing and directing Saving Flora with Jenna Ortega, and leading brand launches for Toyota at Saatchi LA.

He’s drawn to work that pushes formats, and that instinct has been recognized across most major award shows, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and the Effies.

Sylvia Kahn Versace

Managing Director, Founding Partner

Sylvia has spent her career building the conditions for good work — assembling the right teams, earning client trust, and making sure complex projects actually land.

Her background spans agency and production, including founding and building V3 at Anonymous Content.

She brings the same standards to running a project as to the work itself — equal parts creative and operational.

Her work has been recognized across most major award shows, including Cannes Lions and The One Show.

Our Global Team

We work with a curated network of collaborators around the world — CGI artists, animators, VFX specialists, writers, producers, and more.

Rather than keeping a fixed roster, we build each project team around the work itself, which means the right people are always in the room.

When a project calls for research, media strategy, or analytics expertise, we bring that in too.
